We picked up our order a couple hours ago and I wanted to try the peach jam and the biscuits (which were amazing). While it tasted great, especially with the biscuits, I personally wouldn't call it jam. More like thick peach syrup. I thought maybe not enough pectin??? I have made jams and jellies before and they were never this thin. What's up? Tastes great but not what I think as jam.
